SMS Terms of Service

Coverly Rated operates two distinct SMS programs. Each requires its own explicit opt-in:

• Account notifications: transactional updates related to your subscription and content delivery.
• Marketing messages: promotional and informative messages about new guides and educational content.

You opt in by checking the relevant unchecked-by-default consent box on our subscribe form and submitting the form. Consent is never a condition of accessing any content on the website.

Message frequency varies by program. Marketing messages are limited to up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Reply HELP for support, or email us using the contact details below.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major U.S. carriers.

Mobile information, including opt-in data, consent records, and phone numbers, is held in confidence and will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Coverly Rated will never sell, share, transfer, or otherwise disclose your phone number or SMS opt-in data to any insurance carrier, agent, broker, lead aggregator, comparison platform, or third-party marketer under any circumstance.

Information sharing limited to subcontractors providing direct support services, such as message delivery infrastructure and customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

The first message from each program will identify Coverly Rated, state the program purpose, state message frequency, include "Msg & data rates may apply," confirm you can reply STOP to cancel, and confirm that Coverly Rated is not an insurance company or agent.

We may update these SMS Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
